Pay rate:
Per Master Contract – Category 3, Step 1: $17.50/hour for new employees. Existing employees in the same unit will remain on their current contractual step placement. May earn an additional $0.50/hour premium with an Associate’s degree or higher education or passage of the MTTC (or equivalent) test in reading, writing, and math.
Hours of work: 7:30am - 2:45pm on Student Attendance Days with a 30-minute paid lunch on-campus.
Starting date:
August 24, 2026 (approximate);
May have training beforehand.
