Battle Creek Public Schools is seeking a Literacy Specialist to lead MTSS‑based literacy interventions for grades 3–5. You will collaborate with teachers, interventionists, coaches, and administrators to strengthen Tier I instruction and monitor progress using STAR Reading, STAR CBM, and Amira.
You will oversee Title Tutors and intervention staff, ensure fidelity to evidence‑based practices, and promote equity in literacy access and outcomes across the district.
