Salary Range: $85,000 - $120,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain the IATF 16949 Quality Management System.
- Lead and participate in internal and external IATF 16949 audits.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives through data analysis and problem-solving methodologies (e.g., 8D, FMEA).
- Oversee APQP activities, including PPAP submission and approval.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and deliver training on IATF 16949 requirements and quality tools.
- Monitor and report on key quality performance indicators (KPIs).
Recommended Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.
- 3+ years experience as a Quality Engineer in an automotive manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated expertise in IATF 16949 standards and their practical application.
- Proficient in core quality tools such as APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, and SPC.
- Strong problem-solving skills with experience in using 8D methodology.
Bonus Qualifications
- Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
- Experience with AIAG Core Tools training delivery
- Familiarity with VDA standards and methodologies
- ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) certification
