Responsible for performing preventative maintenance on all gaming devices and related slot assets in addition to assisting any Slot Technician II in the performance of assigned duties.

The following is a list of the main duties and responsibilities. However, other duties may be assigned as deemed necessary by management. All duties must be performed in accordance with Tribal, Federal, and other applicable requirements, organizational specific policies, procedures and practices.

Completes preventative and ongoing maintenance as required on all gaming devices, slot bases, slot chairs, slot signs, and other related slot assets.

Cleans and tests gaming components on the bad parts racks, referring all technical repairs to Slot Technicians.

Demonstrate increased proficiency in the use of all test equipment provided by the department.

Brings disputes and unusual guest activities and/or behavior to the attention of management.

Notifies Slot Technicians and/or Slot Performance Management of all needed slot repairs.

Maintains knowledge of local jurisdiction gaming laws (federal, Tribal, state, etc.) and associated regulations as well as the company’s internal controls, policies and procedures.

Encourages mutual respect, dignity and integrity with all employees and guests, promotes positive guest service by use of the Fire Keepers Guest Service Culture; WEEA (Welcoming, Engaging, Enthusiastic and Appreciative).

Maintains knowledge of all current property promotions.

Maintains the highest level of confidentiality.

Responsible for maintaining a consistent, regular attendance record as outlined in the Fire Keepers Casino Hotel Attendance Policy.
