Trilogy Health Services - - Responsibilities:
Assists with housekeeping and laundry services including trash removal and making/unoccupied beds;
Provides resident assistance with activities of daily living including hygiene care, incontinence assistance, bathing and grooming;
Assists with meal service including transportation to/from dining room, tray delivery, and ensuring dining experience;
Answers residents call lights promptly and checks residents who are unable to call for help;
Assists clinical staff to make residents comfortable and supports personal care per state guidelines
