Residents know their therapists by name. You’ll have the time to treat, document ethically, and actually see progress.

• Evaluate and treat residents in both SNF and outpatient settings
• Develop individualized, functional care plans
• Supervise and support PTA staff
• Collaborate closely with the interdisciplinary team
• Contribute to a therapy culture built on autonomy and accountability
