You’ll work in a well-equipped therapy gym alongside PTs, OTs, COTAs, and SLPs who genuinely collaborate. Leadership is on‑site and accessible. Caseloads are built intentionally — not overloaded.
Residents know their therapists by name. You’ll have the time to treat, document ethically, and actually see progress.
The Role- Evaluate and treat residents in both SNF and outpatient settings
- Develop individualized, functional care plans
- Supervise and support PTA staff
- Collaborate closely with the interdisciplinary team
- Contribute to a therapy culture built on autonomy and accountability
