Video Teleconference; VTC Lead

Overview

FWI is building a team to provide video support services including maintenance, installation, integration, and programming of Audio Visual and Video Teleconference (AV/VTC) systems, Internet Protocol Television (IPTV), and Digital Signage across the Defense Logistics Agency Enterprise. As a VTC Lead, you will provide technical requirements solutions for AV/VTC/DS/IPTV products, collaborating with vendors and Government personnel to support troubleshooting, installation, and configuration of system components.

On‑Site:
This full‑time on‑site position will work Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm at DLA Disposition in Battle Creek, MI.

• Ensure accurate solutions on technical matters
• Define and develop new and improved business process solutions
• Provide expert analysis and advice on IT solutions
• Carry out feasibility studies and/or gap analysis
• Conduct business process reengineering
  
  Forecast based on industry best practices

• 5 years of relevant experience working with Crestron, Cisco, Biamp/AMX, Extron, and dual classification video conferencing solutions
• One of the following AV certifications is required:
  • AMX Technician (Networked AV) Certification
  • Completed Crestron CTI Technician Track Certification
  • AVIXA CTS Certification
• Top Secret level security clearance is required
