* Supports the Agency Strategic Initiatives including Digital - Business Transformation (D-BX) and IT software lifecycle modernization including directing, deploying, and supervising Agile teams supporting a continuous delivery pipeline
* Directs team members participating in software lifecycle that includes testing, test automation, and scrum methodologies to deliver capabilities across DLA platforms. Requirements Help Conditions of employment
