Pay range: $48k to $55k

Position Summary: The IT Coordinator will work with the Planning Director to administer agency information technology (IT) operations, ensuring the department provides efficient and effective technical support service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a high level of technical expertise in the implementation and maintenance of IT systems
- Responsible for relationship management and interface with IT vendors
- Develop recommendations and advise Planning Director on upcoming IT contracts, improvements, and budgeting
- Work to improve efficacy related to use, analysis, and extraction of data, reporting, and measurables needed by the agency
- Create and update user guides, procedures, and other written documentation for ongoing use
- End-user training for applications
- Work with Planning Director to create and keep current IT policies and procedures
- Maintain inventory of technology equipment and supplies
- Assist with technology training for staff, volunteers, and/or older adults participating in programs
- Maintain confidentiality of organizational and client informationi
- Support cybersecurity best practices and password management protocols
- Support special events with technology setup and troubleshooting
- Support achievement of agency mission and vision, and reflects its values in work behavior
- Associate degree in Information Technology or related field, or equivalent combination of education, certifications, and experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of related experience in information technology or related filed considered.
- Possess the interpersonal skills and professionalism needed to effectively engage with co-workers, the public and assist participants.
- Flexible and adaptable in various situations and when interacting with many different personalities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Ability to analyze and diagnose problems and work independently to solve them.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidential information.
