Position: Systems Administrator with Security Clearance
Duties
* Provide Enterprise level support for Microsoft 365 services, Identity Provider Services (IDP), Active Directory, and Microsoft Exchange.
* Demonstrated expert-level knowledge in Tier 3 support for Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Exchange
* Provide expert technical guidance, analysis, and problem resolution for operational problems impacting enterprise IT services.
* Lead root cause analysis (RCA) efforts for major incidents and develop long-term solutions to prevent recurrence.
* Isolate, identify, analyze, and resolve complex hardware, software, and communications problems across the enterprise.
* Research, document, and apply security configurations to Windows OS, cloud environments, and applications to ensure compliance.
* Create white papers, technical reports, evaluations, and documentation to summarize findings.
* Utilize Power Shell for M365, Exchange, and Active Directory to automate tasks, manage configurations, and resolve issues.
* Design, develop, and maintain automation scripts and workflows to improve system efficiency and reduce manual interventions.
* Lead studies and tests of next-generation products to evaluate their feasibility and performance for enterprise implementation.
* Develop and coordinate technical projects, working collaboratively with other teams to achieve enterprise-wide goals.
* Participate in the planning and execution of disaster recovery and business continuity tests for critical IT systems. Requirements Conditions of employment

Experience:

One year of specialized experience that equipped you with the particular competencies to successfully perform the duties of the position, and is directly in or related to this position. To qualify at the GS-12 level, applicants must possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-11 level or equivalent under other pay systems in the Federal service, military or private sector.

Applicants must meet eligibility requirements including time-ingrade (General Schedule (GS) positions only), time-after-competitive appointment, minimum qualifications, and any other regulatory requirements by the cut-off/closing date of the announcement. Creditable specialized experience includes:

- Creditable specialized experience includes: progressive IT experience that shows an ability to support critical infrastructure at a tier 3 level in a large-scale environment.
