Battle Buddy Mobility Transport is seeking a dedicated dispatch associate to join our Battle Creek team. You will manage high volumes of calls, coordinate drivers, and keep schedules on track.
This role requires strong phone and written communication, the ability to multitask, and composure under pressure. Weekend shifts are required, with additional weekday coverage as needed. You will pre‑assign shifts, monitor emails, and help drivers solve problems in real time to ensure on-time arrivals.
