Job Details
Safely transport PACE clients using well-maintained, wheelchair-accessible vans and buses
Assist clients with boarding and off-boarding, including operation of electric wheelchair lifts
Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming vehicle environment at all times
Interact with clients, families, facility staff, and co-workers with patience and professionalism
Provide timely transport to the PACE center and scheduled medical appointments

What We're Looking ForValid driver's license with a clean driving record approved by company insurance carrier
Chauffeur's license required upon hire (we can provide guidance on obtaining one if needed)
High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience with elderly, disabled, or special needs populations is a plus — but not required.
Physical DemandsAbility to lift, push, and maneuver wheelchairs and assist clients with boarding and off-boarding
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repeated bending, reaching, and standing
Must be able to remain alert and focused during extended periods of driving
Ability to work in varied environments, including outdoors in varying weather conditions
