Our client is seeking a General Sales Manager to lead their sales organization and play a key role in executing strategic growth initiatives across multiple product lines.

What You’ll DoSales Leadership & Strategy- Lead and develop a high-performing sales team focused on achieving bookings and revenue targets.

- Partner with executive leadership to support long‑term revenue strategy.

What We’re Looking For- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 8+ years of sales leadership experience, preferably within manufacturing or industrial equipment
- Proven success leading teams and achieving revenue targets
- Strong understanding of ERP/CRM systems and sales analytics
- Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills
- Experience working in technical or engineered product environments is highly preferred
