Our client is seeking a General Sales Manager to lead their sales organization and play a key role in executing strategic growth initiatives across multiple product lines.

What You’ll DoSales Leadership & Strategy

What We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 8+ years of sales leadership experience, preferably within manufacturing or industrial equipment
  • Proven success leading teams and achieving revenue targets
  • Strong understanding of ERP/CRM systems and sales analytics
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills
  • Experience working in technical or engineered product environments is highly preferred
