Position Title: Maintenance Supervisor
Reports to: Maintenance Manager

At Motus, we’re revolutionizing the manufacturing industry and seeking a passionate, forward-thinking Maintenance Supervisor to help us make an impact and drive this position to new heights.

A successful candidate will be high energy, driven, resourceful and a problem solver.

• Ensure safe operation of all equipment; audit equipment to ensure good working conditions, proper guarding, log out tag out compliance, etc.
• Train and develop new and existing maintenance staff on standard operating procedures, safety programs, etc.
• Develop and manage preventative maintenance program and ensure maintenance schedule is completed in a timely manner.
• Submit purchase orders for supplies, tools, equipment, and repair parts; submit capital expenses request when appropriate; maintain purchased inventory.
• Present and implement continuous improvement projects to minimize equipment downtime and improve efficiencies and safety.

• Technical or Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 6+ years of experience including supervision.
• Strong emphasis on state and local safety regulations, safety compliance and training.
• Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm and a sense of urgency.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects in a timely manner.
