Large International Medical Manufacturing Company located in the Jackson MI area looking for a Production / Manufacturing Engineer
JOB DUTIES:
- Develop / troubleshoot manufacturing processes to meet or exceed established metrics
- Coordinate New Program Launches - Design, line layouts, capital procurement, equipment programming, setup, and training.
- Drive Continuous Improvement and Identify trends using basic SPC tools
- Develop, evaluate and improve manufacturing methods
- Identify root cause and corrective actions to solve issues with processes, systems, or equipment
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 2+ years working as a Production/ Manufacturing Engineer in plant manufacturing environment
- Proficiency in statistical analysis and SPC tools
- Proven experience in Process Improvement
- Seniority level
