Looking for all shifts!

1st Shift: 7AM-3PM

2nd Shift: 3PM-11PM ($2 shift premium)

Starting Rate: $16.50

We’re looking for a forward-thinking problem solver and change-maker ready to help take Nex Form to the next level.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Previous production/light industrial employment experience is preferred
• Ability to wear required Personal Protective Equipment (safety glasses, hearing protection, etc.)
• Demonstrated ability to work within established safety guidelines for the plant and assigned work area
• Ability to work in a factory environment with exposure to moderate levels of noise, dust, heat, moving machinery and fork lift traffic

REQUIREMENTS:

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Previous working experience in a manufacturing production facility preferred
• Standing for long periods of time (8-10 hours per day). Occasional lifting to maximum of 25 lbs. Ability to continuously bend and stoop over long periods of time performing repetitive tasks
• Must be able to pass pre-hire drug screen and criminal background check
• Must be reliable, dependable, and have adequate means of transportation
• Manufacturing or factory experience is a plus
