As a Batch Mixer in a fast-paced food manufacturing facility you’ll mix ingredients, follow production formulas, operate forklifts to move materials and finished products, and maintain quality and food safety standards to ensure consistent products. We’re looking for dependable team members who take pride in producing quality products.

Schedule: Monday - Friday

• Shift: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM

Pay: Paid Weekly every Friday

• Starting Pay: $19.25

Day in the Role:

• Batch and mix ingredients according to formulas and procedures
• Assemble, sanitize, and maintain mixing/scaling equipment
• Verify ingredient availability, accuracy, and equipment readiness
• Maintain inventory traceability and accurate production records
• Perform quality checks and identify product inconsistencies
• Lift up to 50 lbs regularly and work extended periods standing/walking

Requirements:

• Pass background check and drug screening.
• Attention to detail and math formulation skills.
• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions in English.
• Physically capable of standing, lifting (up to 50 lbs), bending, and working in wet or humid environments for extended periods.
• Maintain strong safety awareness.
• Follow GMPs, SSOPs, safety regulations, and sanitation standards.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and have a strong attention to detail.

Working Conditions:

• Ability to walk up to 800 ft regularly; lift 50 lbs regularly, 80 lbs occasionally; stand 8 hours
