LPN Nurse - Battle Creek, MI

You will earn: $34.40 - $38.40 per hour on 2nd and 3rd shifts. NEW RATES. Rates based on years of certification: $29.00 - $33.00 per hour. PLUS $2.00 per hour shift premium for 2nd shift. PLUS $3.40 per hour hero / hazardpay. Yearly wage increases. NO MANDATING! Overtime after 8 hours.

• Deliver specialized care to patients across areas such as orthopedics, cardiac care, respiratory health, oncology, palliative care, infectious diseases, neurology, and dermatology.
• Evaluate patient needs and administer care, leveraging technology and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.
• Contribute to a healthcare family environment and provide patient-centered care.

• A current license to practice as an LPN in Michigan; CPR certification.
• An Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree, or higher.
• Strong analytical abilities to prepare personalized care plans, implement nursing care and rehabilitation, and solve problems related to guest well-being.
• Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to delivering high-quality care.

• 8-hour shifts with rotating weekends and some holidays
• Full-time and part-time shifts available
• Shift structure: 1st shift, 2nd shift, 3rd shift per facility needs
