Sign On Bonus of $20,000 for Full-Time and $10,000 for Part-Time.

The Laurels of Bedford, a senior care facility, is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) to lead and provide nursing care to residents. The role offers opportunities for career advancement and a comprehensive employee benefit package.

• Plan, coordinate, provide and manage nursing care, services and health education for residents.
• Supervise care provided by LPNs, CNAs/STNAs, and other team members.
• Provide safe and accurate medication interventions.
• Assess residents' health and notify physicians of status changes.
• Promptly implement new orders and develop care plans.
• Select appropriate nursing interventions to stabilize or prevent complications.
• Contribute to residents' assessments (MDS/CAA’s) and development of care plans.

• 1–3 years of experience in a long‑term care setting preferred.
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state.
• CPR certification.
