Job Overview

Wages: $19.00–$21.50 hourly base (based on certification tenure). Shift premium of $1.00 for 2nd or 3rd shift and $3.40 Hero Pay give a total of $25.90 hourly on 2nd or 3rd shift. Yearly wage increases are provided.

• Perform and document patient care using individual care plans: bathing, skin care, preventive and supportive care, oral hygiene, shaving, dressing.
• Record nutritional intake, vital signs (blood pressure, temperature, pulse, respiration), catheter care, bowel/bladder training, weight, turning, positioning, range of motion, and ambulation.
• Support physical, psychological, occupational, speech, restorative, and recreational therapies by encouraging and promoting well‑being.
• Observe and report significant changes in routine or condition to the nursing team.
• Promote hospitality and excellent customer service with guests, their families, and visitors.

• Completion of an approved nurse aide training program with current certification required from the State of Michigan (current CNA certification).
• Excellent customer service skills and commitment to delivering passionate, innovative care.
• Team player dedicated to supporting team members and completing the job.

8‑hour shifts include rotating weekends and some holidays. Part‑time or full‑time shifts available, including second shift. No mandatory overtime; overtime paid after 8 hours.
