New Graduate Registered Nurse (RN) – Full Time Night shift
Location: Battle Creek, Michigan (6th floor of Bronson Battle Creek Hospital)
Hours: 7:00 pm – 7:30 am
Pay: Starting at $38.64 per hour (plus $3.00 shift differentials for nights and $3.00 for weekends)
Sign-on Bonus: $15,000

Responsibilities- In collaboration with the physician and the preceptor, ensure implementation of the assessment plan, evaluation, and follow‑up of the plan of care for patients.
- Initiate ongoing systematic assessment of the physical, emotional, social, educational and functional needs of patients/families.
- Interpret assessment data and information to develop a nursing care plan with problem identification, nursing diagnosis, nursing orders, approaches, interventions, short/long‑term goals and discharge planning.
- Participate as a productive member of the interdisciplinary team in assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of rehabilitation goals.
- Ensure documentation in the medical record is complete, factual, accurate and timely.
- Graduate of accredited program for registered nursing.
- Valid State RN license required.
- BLS required at hire.
- Must have flexibility of scheduling to complete the requirements of the program.
