Compensation

• $34.40 - $38.40 per hour for 2nd and 3rd shifts (new rates).
• Base rate $29.00 - $33.00 per hour based on years of certification.
• Shift premium $2.00 per hour for 2nd shift.

• Current license to practice as an LPN Nurse in Michigan; current CPR certification.
• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree, or higher.
• Strong analytical abilities to prepare personalized care plans, implement effective nursing care and rehabilitation, and develop solutions to difficult problems concerning patient well‑being.
