Critical Illness Recovery Hospital

Location: Battle Creek, Michigan (6th floor of Bronson Battle Creek Hospital)

Shift: Full Time Night shift, 7:00 pm – 7:30 am

Pay: Starting at $38.64 per hour (includes $3.00 shift differentials for nights and $3.00 for weekends)

Responsibilities
  • In collaboration with the physician and preceptor, you will assure implementation of the assessment plan, evaluation, and follow‑up of the plan of care for the patient population.
  • Initiate an ongoing systematic assessment of the physical, emotional, social, educational and functional needs of patients/families.
  • Interpret assessment data and develop a nursing care plan including problem identification, nursing diagnosis, orders, approaches, interventions, short/long term goals and discharge planning.
  • Participate as a productive member of the interdisciplinary team in assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of rehabilitation goals.
  • Ensure that documents in the medical record are complete, factual, accurate and timely.
Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
  • Valid state RN license required.
  • BLS required at hire.
  • Must have flexibility of scheduling to complete the program requirements.
