Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems such as Cerner or Meditech is preferred. Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills are essential. Recommended experience includes prior travel nursing, Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification, and familiarity with ventilator management and wound care protocols.
