Travel Nurse Source  is working with Concentric Healthcare Staffing to find a qualified Labor/Delivery RN in Battle Creek, Michigan, 49017!

Registered Nurse – Labor and Delivery (LDRP)

Battle Creek, MI

Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (19:00–07:30)

• Provide comprehensive nursing care across all areas of a 15-bed LDRP unit, including antepartum, labor and delivery, OR circulating, scrub, newborn care at delivery, and couplet care
• Perform fetal heart monitoring triage and circulate in the operating room as needed
• Conduct lab draws and newborn infant hearing screens using the ALGO 5 machine
• Float within the facility as a sitter when census and staffing needs require, and float to an additional facility location when needed
• Work every other weekend and provide holiday coverage with flexibility to accommodate staffing demands
• Document and manage patient care using EPIC EMR

• Valid Michigan Registered Nurse license
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in OB, Mother/Baby, and Labor and Delivery
• Current ACLS (AHA), BLS (AHA), and NRP certifications
• AWHONN Intermediate and/or NCC C-EFM certification
• Proficiency in OR circulating and FHM triage
• Proof of flu vaccination (or exemption request submitted within 48 hours of contract signing)

• AWHONN Advanced certification
• Scrub nurse experience

• Work in a well-equipped LDRP unit with 3 triage bays and 2 operating rooms, following AWHONN staffing guidelines for safe patient ratios
• Scrubs provided; training offered for newborn infant hearing screen completion
