DaVita is seeking dedicated new graduate RNs to provide specialized dialysis care in a hospital setting for patients with end‑stage renal disease and chronic kidney conditions.

This fast‑paced, highly collaborative role involves working directly with patients in the ICU, CCU, ED, and other acute care units. If you are eager to learn, adapt quickly, and start your career on the front lines of critical care, we will give you the training and tools you need to succeed.

What You’ll Do
  • Develop Advanced

    Skills:

    Learn to deliver complex inpatient dialysis therapies, including hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, CRRT, and apheresis.
  • Work as a Team: Collaborate alongside experienced hospital teams and DaVita clinical mentors.
  • Master Patient Care: Monitor patients, adjust treatments, and ensure quality outcomes in high‑acuity settings.
  • Lead with Confidence: Support and oversee patient care with the help of Patient Care Technicians (PCTs).
  • Embrace the Pace: Build confidence and adaptability in a dynamic hospital environment where no two days are the same.
What to Expect
  • Comprehensive Paid Training: No prior nursing or dialysis experience is required. A robust, hands‑on training program supports the transition from classroom to clinical practice.
  • Broad Clinical Exposure: Work in a variety of hospital units and rotate between local facilities to maximize learning.
  • Dynamic Scheduling: Includes regular and on‑call shifts, weekends and holidays. Daily schedules change based on patient needs, offering a dynamic work environment.
Requirements
  • Current RN license in the state of practice (or recently graduated and preparing to take the NCLEX).
  • Associate’s Degree in Nursing (ADN) required; BSN preferred.
  • A strong desire to learn, grow, and thrive in an acute care setting.
  • Must pass a color vision test (accommodations available).

Additional Information
