Position Overview
New Graduate Registered Nurse (RN) – Full Time Dayshift
Location:
Battle Creek, Michigan (6th floor of Bronson Battle Creek Hospital)
Hours:
7:00 am – 7:30 pm
Pay:
Starting at $38.64 per hour (plus $3.00 shift differential for nights and weekends)
Sign‑on Bonus: $15,000

- In collaboration with the physician and their preceptor, you will assure implementation of the assessment plan, evaluation, and follow‑up of the plan of care for the patient population.
- Initiate an ongoing systematic assessment of the physical, emotional, social, educational, and functional needs of patients/families.
- Interpret assessment data and information to develop a nursing care plan including problem identification, nursing diagnoses, nursing orders, approaches, interventions, short‑/long‑term goals, and discharge planning.
- Participate as a productive member of the interdisciplinary team in assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of rehabilitation goals.
- Assure that documents in the medical record are complete, factual, accurate, and timely.

Minimum Qualifications- Graduate of accredited program for registered nursing.
- Valid State RN license required.
- BLS required at hire.
- Must have flexibility of scheduling to complete program requirements.
