Position: New Graduate Registered Nurse (RN) - Full Time Night shift

New Graduate Registered Nurse (RN) – Full Time Night shift

Location: Battle Creek, Michigan (6th floor of Bronson Battle Creek Hospital)

Hours: 7:00 pm – 7:30 am

Sign‑on Bonus: $15,000

Pay: Starting at $38.64 per hour (plus $3.00 shift differentials for nights and $3.00 for weekends)

Responsibilities
  • In collaboration with the physician and preceptor, assure implementation of the assessment plan, evaluation, and follow‑up of the plan of care for the patient population.
  • Initiate an ongoing systematic assessment of the physical, emotional, social, educational, and functional needs of patients/families.
  • Interpret assessment data and information to develop a nursing care plan containing problem identification, nursing diagnosis, nursing orders, approaches, interventions, short/long‑term goals, and discharge planning.
  • Participate as a productive member of the interdisciplinary team in assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of rehabilitation goals.
  • Ensure that documents in the medical record are complete, factual, accurate, and timely.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited program for registered nursing.
  • Valid State RN license required.
  • BLS required at hire.
  • Flexibility in scheduling to complete the requirements of the program.
