New Graduate Registered Nurse (RN) – Full Time Night shift
Location: Battle Creek, Michigan (6th floor of Bronson Battle Creek Hospital)
Hours: 7:00 pm – 7:30 am
Sign‑on Bonus: $15,000
Pay: Starting at $38.64 per hour (plus $3.00 shift differentials for nights and $3.00 for weekends)

- In collaboration with the physician and preceptor, assure implementation of the assessment plan, evaluation, and follow‑up of the plan of care for the patient population.
- Initiate an ongoing systematic assessment of the physical, emotional, social, educational, and functional needs of patients/families.
- Interpret assessment data and information to develop a nursing care plan containing problem identification, nursing diagnosis, nursing orders, approaches, interventions, short/long‑term goals, and discharge planning.
- Participate as a productive member of the interdisciplinary team in assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of rehabilitation goals.
- Ensure that documents in the medical record are complete, factual, accurate, and timely.
- Graduate of an accredited program for registered nursing.
- Valid State RN license required.
- BLS required at hire.
- Flexibility in scheduling to complete the requirements of the program.
