Our Practical Nurses (LPN) are part of our Skilled Nursing team that delivers specialized care to patients across a variety of different areas such as orthopedics, cardiac care, respiratory health, oncology, palliative care, infectious diseases, neurology, and dermatology. You’ll have the autonomy to evaluate patient needs and administer care as you see fit, leveraging cutting‑edge technology and being an integral part of a robust interdisciplinary team.

You will earn: $34.40 - $38.40 per hour on 2nd and 3rd shifts! NEW RATES (based on years of certification)

• Rates based on years of certification: $29.00 - $33.00 per hour NEW RATES
• Plus $2.00 per hour Shift Premium for 2nd shift
• Plus $3.40 per hour hero/hazardpay

• A current license to practice as an LPN Nurse in Michigan and current CPR certification
• An Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree, or higher
• High analytical abilities to prepare personalized care plans, implement effective nursing care and rehabilitation, and develop solutions to difficult patient issues
• Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to delivering passionate, innovative care
• Team player, dedicated to supporting team members and getting the job done
