Fresenius Medical Care is seeking an entry-level Registered Nurse for the Outpatient RN CAP 1 track as part of the Clinical Advancement Program. The role covers assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation for an assigned patient group within the dialysis setting.
You will collaborate with RNs, LVNs/LPNs, and Patient Care Technicians, provide education, participate in quality improvement, and advance CAP requirements. Training and tuition support are provided.
