Our Practical Nurses (LPN) are a part of our Skilled Nursing team that delivers specialized care to patients across a variety of different areas such as orthopedics, cardiac care, respiratory health, oncology, palliative care, infectious diseases, neurology, and dermatology. You'll have the autonomy to evaluate patient needs and administer care as you see fit, leveraging cutting-edge technology and being an integral part of a robust interdisciplinary team.

You're not just a nurse; you're a vital part of our healthcare family. LPNs will earn: $34.40 - $38.40 per hour on 2nd and 3rd shifts!

LPN Base Wages: $29.00 - $33.00 per hour Rates based on years of certification! PLUS $2.00 per hour Shift Premium for 2nd shift! PLUS $3.40 per hour hero / hazard pay Yearly Wage Increases

RNs will Earn: $40.55 - $44.40 per hour! RN Base wages $35.15 - $39.00 per hour! Rates based on years of certification! PLUS $2.00 per hour Shift Premium for 2nd or 3rd Shift PLUS $3.40 per hour hero pay Yearly Wage Increases

We can work with your scheduling needs:

• 8 Hour Shifts
  - All shifts include rotating weekends and some holidays
• Full Time and Part Time shifts available!
• NO MANDATING! Overtime after 8 hours!

What you will need to be part of our EPIC team:

• A current license to practice as an LPN Practical Nurse or RN Registered Nurse in Michigan; current CPR certification.
• An Associate's or Bachelor's Degree, or higher.
• A high level of analytical abilities in order to prepare personalized guest care plans, implement effective nursing care and rehabilitation, and develop solutions to difficult problems concerning guest well-being.
• Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to delivering Excellent, Passionate, Innovative care!
• You are a team player, dedicated to doing what it takes to support your team members and get the job done
