The LPN Charge Nurse provides critical leadership within a healthcare team, ensuring high-quality patient care, supervising nursing staff, and coordinating care activities in a dynamic clinical environment.

• Oversee treatment and care of assigned residents.
• Supervise and coordinate nursing activities to optimize patient outcomes and staff performance.
• Monitor patient conditions, intervene in emergencies, and collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop care plans.
• Serve as a resource and mentor for nursing staff, facilitating clinical decision-making and staff education.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Conduct shift reports and maintain accurate electronic medical records.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance care delivery.

• Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, delegate tasks, and utilize electronic health records effectively.
• Experience in leadership or charge nurse roles is highly desirable, though prior experience is not mandatory.
