Multi-Billion dollar manufacturing company located in Battle Creek Michigan is Safety Coordinator.
JOB DUTIE
- Plan health and safety program and protocol
- Use data analysis methods (develop and maintain all strategic improvement plans)
- Focus on health and safety issues, such as preventing workplace accidents
- Drive all safety compliance in order to achieve leading indicator goal
- Teach / train employees, supervisors, managers and other leaders in the company about health and safety standard
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, federal and state regulation
- Handle risk assessments to gather information on safety issues
REQUIRED
- Bachelors Degree (or) 5+ years work experience will be considered in lieu of a degree
- 2+ years Safety experience working in a Manufacturing environment
