We’re seeking a knowledgeable, friendly, and reliable Budtender to join our team! As a Budtender, you’ll be the face of our dispensary, helping customers choose the right cannabis for their needs while delivering top-tier customer service. You’ll educate guests about strains, consumption methods, dosage, and legal guidelines, ensuring every customer has a safe, positive, and informative experience. Responsibilities- Provide expert knowledge on cannabis products, including strains, edibles, concentrates, and accessories
- Ensure compliance with all state and local cannabis regulations
- Process sales using POS systems accurately and efficiently
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and display areas
- Stay informed about new products, promotions, and cannabis industry trends
- Come to work with positive energy and an efficient workflow
- Must be 21 years or older
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Must pass any required background checks
$15 - $19 hourly
