Johnny’s is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Battle Creek, MI, to help keep our store friendly and well‑run during all shifts. You’ll oversee daily operations, support customers, and step in when the Store Manager is away.
Lead staff, train and schedule, manage HR tasks, and ensure the store stays clean, stocked, safe, and looking great morning, noon, and night. You’ll also protect margins by controlling operating expenses.
This full‑time role pays $18–$21 per hour.
