Provide superior customer service leadership; greet and assist customers, and operate cash register and scanner to itemize the customer’s purchase;
Open and close the store a minimum of two days per week;
Assist Store Manager with scheduling employees, training, safety meetings, and policy compliance;
Manage merchandise flow: receiving, unpacking, stocking, restocking, and rotating merchandise; build displays;
Assist inventory control, damages, markdowns, scanning, paperwork, and facility controls;
Assist with planograms and merchandise presentation per Store Manager direction;
Assist with cashier accountability, cash control, refunds/overrides, tills, and deposits;
Assist with store management in Store Manager’s absence.
