Now Hiring a Division Sales Professional for Southwest and West Central Michigan!

Foster Blue Water Oil is seeking a full-time Division Sales Professional in the Michigan counties of Barry, Eaton, Ingham, Kalamazoo, Calhoun, Jackson, St. Joseph, and Branch.

• Promote products/services of Foster Blue Water Oil, Blue Flame Propane, and Foster Energy Services as directed.
• Cold-call prospects in your primary area of responsibility and maintain accurate records of sales interactions.
• Manage "house" accounts in your territory and/or assigned to you by the sales director.
• Attend all required sales meetings, trade shows, conferences, and networking events.
• Work with supplier representatives from time to time to promote products/services at the request of the sales director.
• Complete daily pipeline/sales interaction reports
• Follow the guidelines established within the employee handbook, safety requirements, and company core values.
• At least 8 hours per day is expected, although a sales position is never a 9 am-5 pm job; a full day is required, and your extra effort/time greatly impacts your commissions.
• Develop and implement sales strategies for the assigned territory to meet or exceed sales targets and quotas.
• Identify prospects, build/maintain relationships, and effectively communicate the value/benefits of products/services offered.
• Understand market intelligence with industry trends/competitor activity/product development.
• Collaborate with the DSP team, sharing best practices/pitches/cohesive sales approach/product knowledge.
