Responsibilities- Patrol and inspect sites (foot & vehicle)
- Prevent theft, trespassing, vandalism
- Respond to alarms and incidents
- Write clear and concise reports on daily activities and any incidents that occur
- Provide excellent customer service to clients, visitors, and team members
- Prepare daily reports
- Maintain a visible and professional presence on the property at all times
- Collaborate with law enforcement
- High school diploma or GED
- Clean background check – no felonies or violent misdemeanors
- Driver’s license or State I.D. + reliable transportation
Strong communication and decision‑making skills - Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions under pressure
