Maintain Visibility:
Ensure high visibility by periodically stopping and patrolling different areas of the lot to deter criminal activity;
Access Control / Verify Credentials:
Ensure that individuals attempting to enter the facility have proper identification and access passes;
Surveillance:
Continuously monitor CCTV cameras placed around the gate area to identify suspicious activities, unauthorized entry, or any security breaches;
Monitor Entry and Exit Points:
Ensure that only authorized personnel and vehicles are entering or exiting the lot by checking identification, vehicle registration, or other access control protocols;
Log Entries and Exits of Trucks:
Keep a detailed log of all trucks entering or leaving the premises, including company name, driver name, truck r, cargo type, and delivery or pick-up details
