BASIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in the maintenance of our main facility and warehouse
- Maintenance of HVACR systems, chilled water/domestic water/deionized water systems, phone, and data cabling, compressed air systems, plumbing systems, electrical systems, and fire and life safety systems
- Position will require strong mechanical aptitude, strong electrical knowledge, and strong knowledge of all building and manufacturing support systems
- Watch over electric/gas/water services including maintenance, repair, and installations
- Make recommendation for utility and cost reduction
- Assist with the coordination of outside vendors and contractors for quotations
- Coordinating efforts for any facilities project management
- Repair compressed air and plumbing systems as needed
- Ability to be on call if any facility issues or emergencies were to arise
- Perform basic HVAC preventative maintenance and repairs
- Perform other duties, tasks, or projects at the direction of the immediate supervisor
- Must be available for weekend and daily overtime
- 1 + year commercial HVAC experience
- 3 + years in a commercial or industrial maintenance position
- Preventative maintenance experience
- Must be able to work Sunday’s and Holiday’s when the job requires
- Strong problem-solving skills
SKILLS:
- Good communication skills, teamwork, and attention to detail
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- 3 + years commercial HVAC experience
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
High School Diploma or GED

While performing the job the position is highly exposed to moving vehicles/machinery and factory equipment. The position may be required to work overtime to meet deadlines and requirements.
