Roofing Technician

We are seeking a Roofing Technician who takes pride in quality workmanship and understands the importance of completing projects safely and efficiently. This role involves working on residential and light commercial roofing projects, including roof replacements, repairs, inspections, flashing installation, and weatherproofing systems.

The successful candidate will work alongside experienced crews to ensure projects are completed according to company standards and customer expectations. Candidates who have experience with asphalt shingles, metal roofing systems, roof ventilation, and leak diagnostics will be highly valued.

• Install, repair, and replace roofing materials on residential and commercial properties
• Identify roofing issues and recommend practical repair solutions
• Install flashing, underlayment, ventilation systems, and waterproofing components
• Safely operate roofing equipment, ladders, lifts, and power tools
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality and compliance with specifications
• Assist with material staging, site preparation, and cleanup
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and project supervisors
• Follow all workplace safety procedures and fall-protection requirements

• Experience in roofing, exterior construction, or a related trade
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to lift and handle roofing materials throughout the workday
• Familiarity with roofing tools and installation techniques
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Valid driver's license preferred

• $28.00 – $42.00 per hour based on experience and skill level
