Kelly is seeking dedicated Crib Attendants to join a busy manufacturing team, supporting the organization and management of a large parts inventory. Location:

Battle Creek, MO Pay Rate: $19.43/hour

Schedule:

Monday – Friday, 8-hour shifts (flexible 1st shift; 6am-2pm or 7am-3pm preferred)

• Organize, sort, and categorize maintenance and production parts
• Count and track inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels
• Receive incoming parts and verify part numbers
• Enter inventory transactions into JDE (training provided)
• Maintain and organize shelving, totes, and storage areas
• Stage and document parts for maintenance and operations teams
• Assist with inventory audits and cycle counts
• Support general housekeeping and organizational efforts within the parts room and surrounding areas

• 3–5 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, maintenance storerooms, or similar environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to sort, categorize, and maintain large volumes of inventory
• Basic mechanical knowledge (bearings, gears, hoses, fittings, etc.)
• Basic electrical component knowledge (photo eyes, sensors, switches, etc.)
• Experience with inventory management or ERP systems (JDE preferred)
• Forklift experience/certification and Microsoft Word/Excel skills preferred
