LeAnn Dodge State Farm Agency, located in Battle Ground, WA, is currently looking for a State Farm experienced Insurance Customer Service Representative. We strive for excellence in our customer care and in making a positive impact and we are looking for like-minded professionals to join our growing team.

A s our Customer Service Representative, you'll work to inspire customer loyalty and significantly enhance the overall State Farm Insurance customer experience. While State Farm Experience is preferred it is not required.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:
  • Answer phones and greet clients.
  • Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
You will receive:
  • Base pay $22 - $28 per hour or higher depending on experience
  • Bonus and commission

Requirements
  • Current or recent State Farm experience
  • Sales and service experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
  • Self-motivated
  • Detail oriented
  • Proactive in problem solving
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Ability to assess customer needs and conduct effective interviews
  • Ability to effectively relate to a customer
  • Property & Casualty license highly preferred (must be able to obtain)
  • Life and Health license highly preferred (must be able to obtain)
This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies. Employees of State Farm agents must be able to successfully complete any applicable licensing requirements and training programs. State Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees. State Farm agents' employees are not employees of State Farm.
