Customer Service Representative & Office Assistant
NW Softwash is looking for an exceptional communicator to serve as the front office for a dynamic service company.
Responsibilities- Answer inbound calls and manage new estimate requests.
- Respond quickly to client emails and text messages.
- Provide a welcoming, lighthearted voice representing the company.
- Maintain a level head through fast paced days and adapt to changing business needs.
- Empathetic with high attention to detail.
- Strong problem‑solving skills.
- Warm, clear communication.
- Reliability and follow‑through.
- Coachability.
- Payroll experience.
- Experience communicating with tax agencies for payroll and business licensing purposes.
Pay: $22 - $26 Per Hour (Experience dependent).
