Dental Assistant I- ONC

Responsibilities

• Provide chairside assistance using four-handed dentistry across multiple procedures.
• Escort and greet patients; ensure patient comfort and confidentiality.
• Assist with patient charting, vitals, and dental documentation in Dentrix/Allscripts.
• Maintain sterilization and infection control standards.
• Support scheduling, inventory, supply ordering, and quality improvement activities.
• Train new staff and assist with competency testing and ongoing education.

• Completion of a formal Dental Assistant program or ≥1 year of experience.
• Washington State DOH Dental Assistant registration required.
• BLS CPR certification required within 90 days of hire.
• Strong infection control and patient communication skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Starting wage: $22.34 per hour.

Work schedule:

Varies; hourly rate $22.34.
