Qualifications &

Experience:
  • Master's or higher degree in School Psychology or a related field
  • Valid state certification or licensure as a School Psychologist
  • Experience working in K-12 educational settings preferred
  • Strong understanding of assessment tools, behavioral intervention strategies, and special education processes
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with staff, students, and families
  • Demonstrated ability to build rapport and advocate for diverse student populations
Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct psycho educational assessments and interpret results to inform Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Provide counseling, intervention, and crisis support to students as needed
  • Consult with teachers, administrators, and parents to develop effective interventions
  • Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to decision-making processes regarding student services
  • Promote inclusion and advocate for students' social, emotional, and academic needs
  • Maintain accurate and confidential student records
