- Earning potential: $31.50 - 33.50/hour.

What you'll do:
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of member service associates
- Ensure exceptional member service and financial solutions delivery
- Oversee daily branch operations, cash handling, security, and compliance
- Monitor performance, productivity, and operational accuracy
- Support branch growth through member relationship building and product referrals
- Conduct employee coaching, training, and performance development
- Serve as the branch leader in the absence of the branch manager
- Ensure adherence to all credit union policies and regulatory requirements

Must-have qualifications:
- 3+ years of banking, credit union, or financial services experience
- Experience opening accounts and supporting consumer lending activities
- Strong knowledge of financial products, member service, and branch operations
- A thorough understanding of unsecured loan products, titled loans, credit cards, and home equity loan products.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- NMLS license or ability to obtain upon hire
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration
