CNA/CaregivingRole:
As a Caregiver/CNA, your primary responsibility will be to offer support and assistance to residents with their daily activities and care plans, under the guidance of the Team Lead.
Key Responsibilities:- Patient Care: Provide direct patient care, including bathing, dressing, feeding, and assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
- Vital Signs Monitoring: Regularly monitor and document vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and oxygen saturation, promptly reporting any abnormalities to nursing staff.
- Mobility Assistance: Support patients with mobility challenges by assisting with transfers and positioning to prevent pressure ulcers and promote comfort.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including documented care provided, changes in condition, and any incidents.
- Companionship: Provide emotional support and engage in meaningful interactions with residents to enhance their quality of life.
- Safety: Create a safe environment for patients by identifying and addressing potential hazards and responding promptly to emergencies.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with the healthcare team, patients, and their families, providing updates on patient progress and reporting any concerns.
- Hygiene & Sanitation: Ensure a clean and hygienic environment for patients, including assistance with toileting, changing linens, and keeping patient areas organized.

Work collaboratively with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive patient care.
Qualifications:
- Certified as a CNA or HCA.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- No 1099 contracts.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English.
Evening, night, and weekend shifts are available.
Must be available for weekend shifts.

Compensation:$19-24.00 per hour dependent upon experience and certifications

Hours:
Approximately 40 hours per week
Physical Setting:Long-term care Home
Experience:- Active CNA License preferred
- 1 year of caregiving preferred
Ability to commute to Vancouver, WA (required).
Relocation Requirements:Relocation to Vancouver, WA required prior to starting work.
