Brush Prairie, WA - Filling industrial

Pay: $28‑31 per hour plus shift differential.

• Ensure adherence to safety policies and use of personal protective equipment.
• Guide shift plant operators to meet cylinder goals and order fulfillment needs.
• Collaborate on plant activities to achieve operational efficiency and flow.
• Oversee daily workflow of cylinder retest.
• Assist loading and unloading of cylinders on pallets and tractor trailers.
• Operate forklift, pallet jack and other warehouse equipment.
• Follow FDA, OSHA, EPA, DOT guidelines applicable to compressed gases.
• Communicate frequently with Production Leadership on production efficiencies, product availability, and inventory.
• Provide training and mentorship for associates on pre‑filling, filling, loading, and unloading operations.
• Complete quality control process and required paperwork.
• Report equipment or facility defects to leadership immediately.
• Contribute proactively to facility improvements within budget and client communication.
• Foster a conducive environment with a diverse team.
• Promote safety practices among assigned team members; maintain neat, clean, orderly plant appearance.
• Perform any reasonable work request within qualifications but not specifically described.

• Must be able to wear required personal protective equipment and work in a drug‑free workplace.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years industry‑related experience and/or training.
• Proficient in filling all gases.
• Proficient in forklift operation and maintain appropriate certifications.
• Ability to work independently and under some pressure to meet deadlines.
• Demonstrates a clear and effective speaking manner for explaining information to customers and employees.
