Connect with prospective clients to identify their unique coverage needs and explain how our products can help.

Create and present insurance quotes that provide genuine value and protection for local families.

Manage existing client accounts by answering questions, processing changes, and ensuring they feel supported.

Participate in local community events to build our presence and meet neighbors in the Battle Ground area.

Follow up with potential leads to ensure no one slips through the cracks while maintaining a helpful, low-pressure approach.

Collaborate with the agency owner to track progress and celebrate the milestones we reach together.

Washington State Property and Casualty Insurance License.

Previous experience working within an insurance agency environment.

Strong comfort level with computers and navigating multiple software applications simultaneously.

A clear, approachable communication style when speaking with new and existing clients.

Demonstrated ability to follow up on tasks and meet goals consistently.
